Batie De Wet has 36 years of proven experience and success in practising the law with passion and dedication. As the Managing Director of DLNM, she wears many hats to ensure the success and sustainability of both the firm, clients and business partners.
Batie has a broad range of expertise in the following areas of the law including; Family Law, Estate Planning, Litigation, Commercial Law, Conveyancing, Road Accident Fund Claims, Estate Planning and Wills & Trusts.

Batie has an impressive list of qualifications within the law fraternity which include an LLB, she was admitted as an Attorney, Notary, Conveyancer and Mediator. Batie was also appointed as an advocate and boasts with a Cum Laude diploma in Labour Law, a Masters degree in Estate Planning and a Doctorate degree in Counselling.

Maureen de Wet
Director
Maureen de Wet heads up DLNM's Conveyancing, Real Estate and Bond department with an unrivalled spirit for client service excellence and the team that supports the daily efficient running of the department.
Maureen specialises in the transfer of immovable property, registration of mortgage bonds, notarial bonds, servitudes and also assists clients with antenuptial contracts.
Maureen is a dynamic, professional law expert and believes in building both strong client relationships and happy homeowners at their practice.

Her qualifications include an LLB law degree, she was admitted as an Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer.
Tsietsi Nelson Rahlao

Tsietsi Nelson Rahlao is our newly appointed director at DLNM.

Anita Marais
Head of Bond Cancellations
One of our most respected team members, Anita Marais has been with DLNM for 23 years. Anita's expertise includes the drafting of consents, cancellation documents, and many years of successful liaison with all the major banks. She also holds a Certificate in banking.

Karen Hattingh
Head of Bond Registration
Karen believes that she is the DLNM foundation between the client and the major banks. Her expertise includes registration of Bonds, property transfer and liaison between clients and the client's bank. Karen also holds a Certificate in Conveyancing.
