An antenuptial agreement might be especially important for someone who already has assets like a business or family obligations like children from a previous marriage.

Third-Party Claims is liability claims brought by persons allegedly injured or harmed by the insured. The
insured is the first party, the insurer is the second party, and the claimant is the third party.
