Batie de Wet

Batie De Wet has 36 years of proven experience and success in passionately practising the law. As the Managing Director of DLNM, she wears many hats to ensure the success and sustainability of the firm, clients, and business partners.

Batie has a broad range of expertise in the following areas of law: Family Law, Estate Planning, Litigation, Commercial Law, Conveyancing, Road Accident Fund Claims, Estate Planning, and Wills and trusts.

Batie has an impressive list of qualifications within the law fraternity, which include an LLB; she was admitted as an Attorney, Notary, Conveyancer and Mediator. Batie was also appointed as an advocate and boasts with a Cum Laude diploma in Labour Law, a Masters degree in Estate Planning and a Doctorate in Counselling.

Maureen de Wet

Maureen de Wet heads up DLNM's Conveyancing, Real Estate and Bond department with an unrivalled spirit for client service excellence and the team that supports the daily efficient running of the department.

Maureen's expertise lies in the transfer of immovable property, registration of mortgage bonds, notarial bonds, servitudes, and assisting clients with antenuptial contracts, making her a valuable asset to any real estate transaction.

Maureen is a dynamic, professional law expert who believes in building strong client relationships and happy homeowners at their practice.

Her qualifications include an LLB law degree, and she was admitted as an Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer.

Tsietsi Nelson Rahlao is an appointed director at DLNM.

Tsietsi is passionate about the law, and this area of expertise includes Family Law, Litigation, Criminal Law, Commercial Law, Insolvency Law, Estates, Road Accident Fund matters and the Law of Delicts.
